Virginia governor orders new cybersecurity plan to address artificial intelligence risks

Statescoop reports that Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger has issued an executive order requiring state officials to create a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and a new consortium to mitigate risks posed by artificial intelligence.
